Julie Tizard has been a professional pilot for over 35 years. A former Air Force Colonel, she was one of the earliest women to earn Air Force wings and she flew as a T-37 Instructor Pilot, KC-10 Aircraft Commander, Flight Commander, Chief of Flight Safety, and Squadron Commander. Julie currently flies as an Airbus 320 Captain for a major airline. She is the author of the novel, "The Road to Wings."
